- Desinstalei completamente o PS Remote Play do meu computador.
C:\Users\SEU_USUÁRIO\AppData\LocalA pastaAppDataé oculta no Windows.

How I Fixed the PS Remote Play Connection Issue After the 9.5 Update
I was previously using version 8.5 with a patch.
- Completely uninstalled PS Remote Play from my computer.
- Deleted the app's local data folder, located at:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalTheAppDatafolder is hidden in Windows. You may need to enable the display of hidden files and folders to find it. - Then, I installed PS Remote Play on another computer and copied the application's installation folder from the C: drive back to my computer. I believe this step is probably not necessary, but that's what I did in my case.
- Opened PS Remote Play and logged into my account again.
- In the app, I clicked the Settings gear icon and then selected the last tab, "Information."
- I waited for a while, and Windows itself asked for permission to allow PS Remote Play through the Firewall.
- If Windows doesn't ask automatically, do it manually: Windows Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security → Firewall & network protection → Allow an app through firewall Look for PS Remote Play and enable both available network options. If the app doesn't appear in the list, you can browse for the application's location manually and select the PS Remote Play executable.
In my case, the problem was the Firewall
In the end, what was preventing the connection was the Windows Firewall blocking PS Remote Play.
I also recommend trying these DNS servers:
These were the DNS servers I had the fewest connection problems with.
If your PS Remote Play was already working perfectly before the update, I don't think you need to change any settings on the console.
That said, you can also configure the same DNS servers on your console.
