Where domain hunters compare notes

I built a free tool to scout geo & personal brand domains with live availability + buyer dorks. Roast it / tell me what sucks.

Hey r/domainflipping,

Like many of you who do outbound or local lead-gen domaining, I got tired of juggling spreadsheets, manual WHOIS lookups, and Google searches just to find available [City] + [Service] or [First] + [Last] domains.

I built a web app called GeoScout Pro (https://geoscout.site) to streamline the entire workflow into one screen.

What it does right now:

  1. Geo Domain Generator: Pairs high-CPC commercial niches (Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, Legal, etc.) with US/state metros, generates exact-match combos, and runs live DNS availability checks across .com, .io, .ai, .co, .net, etc.
  2. Executive / Personal Brand (FNLN): Generates executive personal brand combinations across 5 pattern formats (e.g. firstlast, first-last, firstinitiallast).
  3. AI Brainstorm Engine: Concept/niche brainstormer powered by low-latency LLMs with real-time availability checks.
  4. Sales & Outbound Pipeline: Generates targeted Google search dorks (to find who’s buying Google Ads in that local niche) and drafts commercial pitch angles.

No login or account required to test it out (there's a 2-run free daily allowance per tool to prevent bots from draining our API, or you can just test it directly).

I’d love your honest thoughts:

  • Are the high-CPC niche presets actually relevant to what you look for?
  • What TLDs or regional city filters are missing that you use regularly?
  • Is the appraisal / buyer dork angle useful for outbound, or do you prefer doing that manually?

Don't hold back on critique — what features would make this an everyday bookmark for your flipping workflow?
