[FOR HIRE] Systems Administrator / L2-L3 Support Engineer | Remote | Windows, M365, Azure, VMware, Networking

I’m currently looking for a remote Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Support, or L2/L3 MSP role.

I have enterprise and SMB experience across systems administration, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, cloud, endpoint management, and application support. I’m comfortable being the person who gets handed the weird problem nobody else has figured out yet.

Current/recent experience includes:

Windows Server and Active Directory administration

Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive

Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO, SAML, and Okta

VMware ESXi / vCenter

Azure VMs and AWS EC2

Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and general network troubleshooting

Intune, Kandji, AirWatch, and endpoint management

PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting/automation

Backup/DR with Datto and Carbonite

SAN/NAS and file server administration

Splunk and SolarWinds

NetSuite administration and integrations

EDI, APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and warehouse/shipping systems

Previously, I supported an enterprise environment with roughly 25,000 users, 60,000 endpoints, 1,000+ locations, and 25,000 Microsoft 365 mailboxes. I’ve worked in 24/7 environments, participated in on-call rotations, handled high ticket volumes, and supported everything from desktop issues to infrastructure and data center work.

I’m currently a Systems Administrator and spend a lot of my time troubleshooting integrations, automating repetitive work, administering infrastructure, and fixing problems across systems that don’t always play nicely together.
