The NVIDIA application launches, but nothing has loaded, and it isn’t working.

Please help. It takes a long time to load at first, and then it opens, but nothing actually loads and nothing works. I reinstalled Windows today and it stopped working, even though it used to run perfectly before. I tried using a VPN and changing the DNS servers, but that didn't help.
