In case Oracle suspends my vps, Will i be able to recover my data.

So, I am running a server on Oracle VM.Standared.A1.Flex , It is using 4 cores an 24Gb ram
Is there any reason for oracle to suspend it and if it gets suspended will I be able to recover my data that is in there
