I’m looking for another job and I can really use some guidance.

My current job has a great work environment, but the pay just isn’t great. I accepted the position while I was still in undergrad, and at the time the pay was life-changing, but now with everything getting more expensive, it’s just not enough anymore.
I posted my resume and would love some suggestions on jobs/companies I should apply to or just general career advice. I’m also a wife and mom, so I’d love something remote or flexible if possible.
