If you're running multi-account setups on Instagram or Facebook you've probably felt the last few weeks. Meta rolled out another enforcement wave and it's hitting harder than the Q4 2024 sweep. We observed many reports from communities that accounts are going down that had been clean for years, ad managers frozen without warning, whole portfolios cascading from one flagged account.
Posting what's actually holding up, based on what we're seeing hold across our own dashboards and customers running heavy setups.
What Meta is doing differently this time
Three shifts we've picked up on:
-
IP correlation window widened. Used to be Meta looked at same-session IP overlap. Now they're linking accounts that touched the same IP within 30+ days. Residential proxies that rotate through the same subnet are getting flagged retroactively.
-
TCP-layer detection turned up. More reports of accounts getting flagged before any user action happens. Login page loads, then instant checkpoint. That's a network-layer flag, not a behavioral one. p0f mismatch between browser fingerprint and proxy stack is the usual cause.
-
Cross-account behavioral matching. Meta is linking accounts by patterns like login time clustering, session length, mouse velocity signatures. Two accounts logging in from different IPs but with identical behavioral patterns get linked anyway.
What's dying in the current wave:
– Residential and ISP subnets.
– Heavily shared/burned mobile proxies.
– Any setup using pool VoIP SMS.
– Antidetect-only setups without real carrier IPs.
– Shared credentials and log-ins.
What's holding:
– Dedicated mobile proxies with one port per account
– p0f matched between browser profile and proxy TCP stack
– Non-VoIP dedicated numbers held long-term per account
– Carrier-native DNS
– Realistic behavioral spacing (accounts logged in at different times, not batched)
The stack we're recommending right now
For each account:
– 1 dedicated mobile port (4G/5G real device), p0f set to match the OS your browser profile is claiming (iOS is safest for Meta trust)
– 1 antidetect browser profile (AdsPower or Multilogin), canvas/WebGL/fonts/timezone all unique and consistent per account
– 1 dedicated non-VoIP US number held long-term for signup and 2FA
– Carrier DNS enabled so the DNS ASN matches the IP ASN
– Behavioral spacing: log accounts in at different times of day, don't batch operations across accounts on the same machine
Why one port per account matters more than ever this cycle
Shared ports are cheaper but the current wave is punishing them harder. If one account on a shared port gets flagged, the port gets watched, and every other account on it starts getting checkpointed. Dedicated per account isolates the blast radius.
For aged accounts with strong history you can sometimes get away with 2-3 accounts per port, but with the current enforcement wave the risk isn't worth the savings on high-value accounts.
What to do right now if you're getting hit
Stop logging into flagged accounts from the same IP as your healthy ones. IP correlation is retroactive, don't cross the streams.
Move healthy accounts to fresh dedicated mobile ports immediately. Don't wait for the wave to finish.
Rotate non-VoIP numbers on any account using pool SMS. The number needs to be reachable when Meta re-verifies.
Audit your antidetect profiles. If any two profiles share canvas hash or WebGL renderer, they're linked.
Slow down. Don't run recovery operations at the same tempo as normal work. Meta is watching harder right now.
If you're having problems, share your stack in the comments and what's failing. We are happy to advise.
Stay safe!
