Constant Ghosting from Accenture + Accenture Federal Services. Is it my Resume?

I never thought I'd show my resume on Reddit but here goes nothing. I am extremely frustrated/confused about the amount of times I have applied to Accenture Entry-level/Internship roles and have been followed with ghosting + auto rejections. Over the past year I have submitted at least 20 applications and it just makes me wonder whether my application/resume is really just that shitty or if I'm blackballed or blacklisted from the company for a period of time and have to wait another year to apply again. I hate saying this and I know comparison is the least of my worries right now as I should be gaining more experience/notable industry certifications but my peers who have resume's that are not as experiment heavy as mine are landing Accenture roles such as their newer AI Native SWE role. I can't help but wonder what I'm doing so wrong? Even an internal referral gets me ghosted.

If anyone can share any insight, grill my resume, or just give it to me straight up please help. Do not sugarcoat. I'm still young but need to lock in more.
