Would $9/year for business email feel too cheap to trust?

I run a small email hosting service and I've been thinking about the pricing lately.

Right now it's $9/year if you already have a domain. You get 10GB shared storage and can create as many inboxes as you need.

I'm also testing a $29/year option for people who want email on their own domain but don't really want to deal with buying a domain, figuring out DNS records, or setting everything up themselves.

With that option, the domain is registered in their name and the email setup is taken care of for them.

My thinking is that a lot of small business owners want something like [hello@theirbusiness.com](mailto:hello@theirbusiness.com), but don't necessarily want to learn how domains, MX records, SPF, and all of that works just to get there.

The pricing works for me. What I'm less sure about is how it looks to a business owner seeing it for the first time.

If you saw business email for $9 a year, would that sound like a good deal or would it immediately make you question the reliability?

And for someone less technical, would $29/year for the domain and the whole setup feel useful, or is that solving a problem most business owners don't really have?

I'm mostly trying to understand whether there is a point where being cheap starts working against you with something as important as email.
