Need help with bypassing Setup.app on iPad A1934 running iPadOS 26.3

I got this thing at a job lot, and its in pretty good condition too, I am using it with iDNS, but I can't help but be infuriated at how useless it is.

Any ideas how to remove setup.app from this thing?
