Insurance agencies are a category people ask for a lot, usually for B2B outreach, and Philadelphia has 373 of them inside city limits in the database. Here are 50, and this one took an extra step to build that's worth explaining below.
What's in the file (50 insurance agencies, one row each):
– Business name, full street address, postal code
– Phone number and phone type
– Email address (37 of the 50 have one)
– Website and phone (all 50 have both)
– Social profiles: LinkedIn on 46, Facebook on 44, X on 30, Instagram on 27, YouTube on 23, TikTok on 4
– Google rating and review count (44 of 50 rated, average 4.31)
– NAICS and SIC codes, plus latitude and longitude for mapping
How it was selected: 373 insurance agencies in the database sit inside Philadelphia city limits. I ranked them by how many fields are actually filled in, kept one location per brand, capped any single franchise network at three rows, and exported the top 50. Public business information only, nothing personal about individuals.
This data was extracted from the CUFinder Local Business Database.

The franchise cap is new and this category is why. My usual de-duplication works on the website domain, since every branch of a chain points at the same site. Insurance breaks that completely. The first build of this list came back with 26 of 50 rows being State Farm agents, and every one of them was on a different domain, because each agent runs their own site: pamelarwilkins.com, thenacegroup.com, insuredwithjeff.com. Technically 26 separate agencies. Practically, half a list of the same brand, which is useless to anyone.
So there's now a rule that no single brand phrase can appear more than three times in a list, independent of domain. State Farm is down to 3 rows, and the other 47 are agencies you would not otherwise have seen. Worth knowing if you work with franchise-heavy categories, because domain matching alone will quietly let this happen to you.
