Can’t sign in.

Idk why and how this is happening, I've tried multiple vpns, have even tried the other router DNS that seemed to work for others, I know for sure this is my internet problem, because I can sign up the same account in my other device. And in other internet. So drop your suggestions. And yes I have tried multiple methods along with the method that was in the official Minecraft website, but I doubt that website has any good tips at all.
