I’m building Aurevyn, an AI automation business focused on helping companies replace repetitive manual processes with practical AI-powered systems.
The business has two sides:
1. Ready-made digital products 🧩
Instead of every business starting from zero, we’re creating reusable automation templates that can be customized and deployed.
For example, the Aurevyn Insurance AI Assistant uses AI + n8n to handle:
- Quote inquiries
- Renewal requests
- FAQs
- Customer information collection
- Request routing
- Google Sheets logging
- Agency notifications
2. Custom AI automation services 🤖
For businesses with more specific requirements, we build custom:
- AI agents
- Automation workflows
- Internal tools
- Dashboards
- Customer-facing systems
- Digital products
Our initial focus is insurance agencies and property management, where there are often a lot of repetitive communication and operational tasks.
The bigger idea is simple: don't automate something just because you can—build systems that actually remove repetitive work and improve the way a business operates.
I'm curious what others think:
If you were building an AI automation business today, would you focus more on selling reusable products or building custom solutions for individual clients?
