Is this just a me problem or anyone else too ? ( Help )

I don't know the reason but when i watch gameplay type videos ( gaming videos in general ) my YouTube player but lags for no reason. Not always but most of the times. I can't even watch it at 720p and at first i thought it was just a internet issue on my side but then i can quite literally watch a 4k video on the next tab but the gameplay video just gets stuck unless i refresh the page 10 time or drop the quality to 360p 244p. Is anyone facing a similar issue ? Is it just my isp problem ? Is there any way to fix it ? ( I use 1.1.1.1 dns so maybe that can be a issue, or the ad blockers ? )
