Where domain hunters compare notes

I am trying to bypass the Jamf DNS on my iPad A16.

Hi, I’m looking for a way to browse more freely on Safari without administrators having access to the details of my activity (specific Google searches, YouTube videos watched, etc.) and to avoid frequent blocks. MY device is managed via Jamf Trust and Jamf DNS. I have a personal VPS running AdGuard Home. Is there a method to route or redirect traffic (via DNS or a tunnel) without breaking site scripts, while remaining discreet regarding filtering rules so they can't see which sites I visit? I’d also like to be able to easily switch the DNS mode to "auto" to leave no trace, or back to "manual" when I want to bypass restrictions.
