I've been working with computers and networks for years, and I recently started offering remote tech support directly to people who need help.

The main reason I started doing this is because a lot of people don't need a big IT company or a call center. Sometimes you just need someone who actually knows what they're doing to look at the problem and explain what's going on without throwing a bunch of technical jargon at you.
