Where domain hunters compare notes

[For Sale] Live “funnel-in-a-box” SaaS for insurance advisors website + lead funnel + auto follow-ups. 38 signups, 25 active, full SEO. $5k OBO

Live at: https://nudgenow.ph · Example advisor page it generates: https://nudgenow.ph/a/maria-santos

What it is

NudgeNow is a done-for-you "funnel system" for insurance and financial advisors. An advisor signs up, claims a link, and in about 15 minutes has:

– a personal website (6 templates, custom domain support, editable sections and links)
– a lead funnel: a short quiz page that turns a visitor into a lead with a personalised result
– a booking page that writes straight into Google Calendar and creates a Zoom link
– automatic email follow-ups per pipeline stage, until the lead books or replies
– a "Today" screen every morning: who to reach today, the message pre-written, meetings that need an outcome
– pipeline (list + board), client book, import from CSV/XLSX, events with RSVP + roster, forms, a recruiting page for agency leaders, Facebook Messenger auto-replies, Meta pixel + CAPI, batch email campaigns

Core feature in one line: the funnel chases every lead by itself, and the advisor gets a daily list of who needs a human touch.

Traction (honest, read from the production DB today)

– First signup 10 July 2026, so about 2 months live
– 38 signups (31 finished setup), 15 of them in the last 30 days
– 25 accounts signed in within the last 30 days, 7 in the last 7 days
– 3 paying customers. Revenue collected to date: ₱897 (~$14). Everyone else is on the 30-day trial or a founder-comped year. I'm listing this as a pre-revenue product with real usage, not as an income asset.

– Inside the product: 328 leads, 43 meetings booked (35 in the last 30 days), 30 live advisor sites, 8 custom domains connected, 5,200+ funnel page views

Pricing today: ₱299/month (~$5 USD) or ₱2,990/year (~$48), after a free 30-day trial. Deliberately cheap for the Philippine market. Nothing stops a new owner pricing at $29–49/mo for US/UK/AU/SG advisors, the UI is English.

Tech stack

– Frontend: React 19 + TypeScript (strict everywhere), Vite, Tailwind v4, React Router. Marketing pages are prerendered at build; advisor sites are server-rendered at the edge.
– Backend: Supabase (Postgres with RLS, 63 tables, 190+ SQL functions, 130 sequential migrations in git) + 34 Deno edge functions (nurture sends, booking, calendar/Zoom/Messenger webhooks, billing, digests, onboarding and dormant-account nudges, cron sweeps).
– Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (edge SSR + KV cache for advisor sites, OG link previews). Two environments (dev/prod) with separate Supabase projects.
– Email: Resend (with webhooks for bounces/replies). Payments: PayMongo (PH). Integrations: Google Calendar, Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Cloudflare Turnstile, GA4/Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn tracking.
– Size: ~110k lines of TypeScript + ~31k lines of SQL. Unit tests (vitest) on the logic layer, 40 Playwright end-to-end specs, lint + typecheck + tests run on every commit via hooks.
– Running cost: about $26/month (Resend $20, a small DigitalOcean box ~$6). Supabase and Cloudflare are on free tiers today.

SEO is fully built out

– Prerendered marketing pages with tested title/description/canonical/JSON-LD (SoftwareApplication, FAQ, breadcrumbs), sitemap and robots that mirror the route table
– Blog (Markdown in the repo, prerendered) and "alternatives to X" comparison pages
– Per-advisor SEO: canonicals, per-domain robots + sitemap, a "Get found on Google" readiness score inside the app for each advisor's page
– OG link previews for every public page, with a smoke test after each deploy

Who it's for, and where it can go

Built for insurance and financial advisors (solo agents who prospect, follow up, and book calls). The industry-specific parts are configuration, not architecture: pipeline stage names, the quiz questions, the email templates and the copy. A real-estate pack already exists in the codebase (dormant). The same system fits real-estate agents, coaches, consultants, loan officers, or any solo seller who needs a page, a lead form, a booking link and follow-ups that run on their own.

Global opportunity

Only three things are Philippines-specific: the payment provider (PayMongo), peso pricing, and the Taglish wording in some lead emails. The app, marketing site, and docs are English. Swap the payment provider and pricing constants and it sells anywhere.

Why I'm selling

I'm the builder. The product is complete and stable, and what it needs now is marketing and sales, which I don't enjoy and haven't been doing. It deserves an owner who will.

What's included

– Full source (monorepo: app, edge functions, migrations, ~60 spec documents that explain every feature and decision)
nudgenow.ph domain, the Cloudflare Pages project, both Supabase projects, the Resend account, the marketing site, blog posts, and the social video assets
– The existing user base and a warm hand-off email to them
– 30 days of transition support (deploys, environment setup, walkthrough calls)
– Not included: the PayMongo account (it's tied to my Philippine business registration). See below.

Payment and email providers: your choice

Payments are isolated in two edge functions (checkout + webhook), email in one shared module. I will integrate whichever payment platform you want (Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Razorpay, etc.) and, if you like, swap Resend for Postmark/SES/SendGrid, for an additional fee agreed up front. The same goes for any similar provider swaps.

Asking price: $5,000 USD. Open to reasonable offers. Escrow.com for the transaction. Happy to do a screen-share walkthrough of the code and the admin console with serious buyers.
