Qwant is giving an error with the first search

I'm on version 1.22b. The problem may have started right after the update.

In the last few days my first search after starting Zen gives me an error (403). This started with Startpage as the default search engine so I changed to Qwant but the problem still persisted, the first search I make throws a 403 error.

Now I changed back to Startpage and seems to work. But this also happened when I first changed to Qwant, it seemed to work and after a day or so started having the same issue.

At first I thought it might be NextDNS blocking something it shouldn't but it isn't the case. Does this seem like a bug or a problem on my side?
