PC keeps rebooting, taken to repair 6 times and still happening

First off, I will say I’m not a super tech savvy person. I know some very limited basics but as a whole I’m just not super educated when it comes to PCs. Several months ago my PC started crashing at random intervals, fans would be running hard (whether or not I was doing anything that would create heavy load). Then it would black screen, and usually just auto restart. Eventually it would not auto restart but rather I’d lose visual but computer would stay on, sometimes I’d have my headphones on and YouTube videos would just keep running. At first repair shop they quickly diagnosed me with a bad GPU, I ordered a new GPU (5070Ti) and it was seemingly mostly fine. Then started happening again. Finally after this shop takes a couple cracks I decided to take a new place. Seemingly much more knowledgeable, they diagnose a bad cooling unit and install new one. Ran well for a little bit then it went back to crashing. Brought it back after I noticed hitting desk while computer is under a bit of load caused the crash 3 times I tested it. Put in a GPU support, shop reset some software. Picked up today, crashed on Home Screen less than a minute after booting up. PLEASE HELP IM LOSING IT.
