Not getting any interviews and a few calls from rectruiters

Hey! I've been trying to apply for new jobs all year. I've gotten some calls here and there and have completely revamped my entire resume. This is what I have basically landed on now. First two jobs are both the same company. I just went from the company HQ to a division we have in Washington state (We have them all across the nation).

Any advice is appreciated. I'm trying hard to get a remote position with similar pay (the similar pay is really hard to match think getting close to 100k.) I know remote is hard cause you have a bigger pool to compete against so I'm not hard set on that. What roles would you guys be targeting? Right now I've been trying to get Sys Admin, or something like IT Infrastructure.
