Title: 0 IT experience, interested in cloud — should I focus on IT support or get CCNA?

I’m looking for some honest advice because I feel like I’m at a crossroads with my career.
I recently finished a 2-year Computer Programming diploma in Canada. During school, I realized that I don’t really want a coding-heavy career. I can code and I’ve built projects, but after going through school, I realized that heavy coding roles aren't really what I want.
My interest in cloud actually started with Introduction to Networking. I became really interested in understanding how the internet works, how devices communicate, routing, IP addresses, DNS, etc. That eventually led me to cloud because, in a way, cloud is basically someone else's infrastructure/network that you're managing through software and APIs.
Since then, I've spent a lot of time learning and practicing:
AWS
Linux
Networking
Terraform
Docker
Git/GitHub Actions
CI/CD
Python/Django
PostgreSQL
Cloud/infrastructure projects
I also have 2 certifications, including AWS Solutions Architect – Associate and terraform associate , and I've built several projects while learning these technologies.
However, I'm now realizing that getting a Cloud Engineer role with 0 professional IT experience is probably going to be difficult. A lot of the "entry-level" cloud jobs I'm seeing still ask for 2–5+ years of experience.
So I'm considering pivoting toward something more realistic for my first tech job, such as:
IT Support
Technical Support
Help Desk / Service Desk
NOC
Network Support
Infrastructure Support
My goal right now isn't career growth or immediately becoming a Cloud Engineer.
I just want my foot in the door.
I'm considering doing either a practical IT Support course or studying for the CCNA.
This is where I'm confused.
I see a lot of people say that CCNA opens a lot of doors, but I'm wondering:
Does CCNA actually open enough ENTRY-LEVEL doors for someone with 0 professional IT experience?
I don't want to spend the next month going deep into networking, get the CCNA, and then realize that the networking jobs I'm now qualified for still expect 2–3+ years of experience.
On the other hand, I don't want to completely abandon networking because it's actually what got me interested in cloud in the first place.
I really enjoy building and maintaining systems/infrastructure, troubleshooting, understanding how things connect, and working with technology. I just don't want a career that is primarily coding.
So if you were in my position:
Would you spend the next month learning practical IT support skills and apply for entry-level IT/technical support jobs, or would you study for CCNA because it can realistically help someone with 0 experience get their foot in the door?
I'm not trying to collect certifications or learn everything at once. I already have a decent cloud foundation. I just want to make the smartest move for getting my first tech job, while continuing toward cloud eventually.
Would really appreciate advice from people who started in IT support, NOC, networking, sysadmin, or cloud.
