SPF, DKIM and DMARC all pass and mail still lands in spam. Here is what usually explains it

Authentication gets you considered, not delivered. When everything passes and mail still gets filtered, the cause is usually one of these:

• IP reputation. A new IP with no history, or a shared IP carrying someone else's baggage.
• Reverse DNS. The PTR record does not match the EHLO/HELO hostname.
• Spam traps from list buying, scraped lists, or old addresses that were never cleaned.
• Hard bounces above 2 percent, which reads as poor list hygiene.
• Your tracking domain sitting on a URL blocklist, even though the sending domain is clean.
• Broken or slow one click unsubscribe, now expected by Gmail and Yahoo.
• Content signals, mostly heavy images with little text and no plain text version.

The blocklisted tracking domain one catches people off guard the most, because every authentication check comes back green.
