Can you run WOO on a 2,5$ hosting?

I’ve hosted for a fair bit of time on pikapods (not affiliated with them). They have WP on 2.5$ / month.

From my experience all caching and speed optimisations can be done via Cloudflare DNS.

Wondering if anyone tried such a setup? And how it performed
