I wanted to share my experience with EchelonVPS and see whether anyone else here has actually used them successfully.
I ordered a VPS from echelonvps.com and paid with Bitcoin.

The transaction was confirmed on-chain.
Their checkout said the VPS would be provisioned after the first network confirmation, but I never received the VPS or any server credentials.
I contacted them through their support system and also tried contacting them by email.
That made me look a bit deeper into the setup, and I found a few things that seemed unusual.
The domain echelonvps.com was only registered on 28 August 2026, so it was only around 10 days old when I placed the order.
WHOIS shows:
- Registrar: Tucows
- Reseller: FlokiNET Services Ltd
- Nameservers: Cloudflare
I also checked the DNS mail configuration.
A normal MX lookup for echelonvps.com returned no published MX record, even though the website advertises support addresses on the echelonvps.com domain.
The TXT record I found was basically just a Google site-verification record.
Obviously, no MX record by itself does not prove anything malicious. They could theoretically be using some unusual forwarding or mail setup. But for a VPS provider advertising support email addresses, I found it strange.
I also checked a bunch of obvious subdomains such as:
admin
dashboard
payment
payments
checkout
app
dev
staging
monitor
grafana
database
origin
backend
None of those resolved when I checked them.
Another weird thing is the support dashboard.
After logging in, the support page showed ticket content that wasn't related to the ticket I was currently submitting. One visible ticket contained technical server information.
I can't tell whether those are real tickets from other customers or just demo/example tickets, so I'm not claiming there is definitely a customer-data leak.
But the website doesn't make that clear at all.
Because of that, I personally would not put passwords, SSH keys, API tokens, WireGuard private keys, wallet information or other secrets into their support system until they explain how those tickets work.
I've kept copies of:
- the checkout
- Bitcoin payment request
- blockchain confirmation
- support dashboard
- WHOIS output
- DNS results
- screenshots
- a local HTTrack mirror of the public website
- a Wayback Machine capture
I've also contacted Tucows and asked them to review the domain.
I'm not saying I know whether this is intentional fraud or just a badly broken/new provider.
What I can say is:
I paid for a VPS.
The BTC transaction confirmed.
The checkout said provisioning would happen after confirmation.
I never received the server.
Has anyone here actually received a working VPS from EchelonVPS?
Especially interested in hearing from anyone who ordered before September 2026 or has a server currently running with them.
