What moved:
– Locked the public headline: “Homeowners call the shop that looks busy. We make yours look busy.” The product line stays fresh posts and fast replies — no ranking or AI Overview promises.
– Go-live sequence is explicit now: Florida LLC has to show on Sunbiz → free IRS EIN → Stripe live as the LLC → $49 founding Payment Link. Outbound dials stay on hold until that link exists.
– Business email on Google Workspace is live. Sales brief + Loom script drafted for when checkout is ready.
– Cleaned the Grok Bot roster down to the working set (Founder / Sales / Marketing / Finance / Tech / legal).
What didn’t:
– LLC still not searchable on Sunbiz (filed earlier this week). So no EIN, no Stripe-as-LLC, no Payment Link yet.
– No new cash out. Still ~$143 total (domain ~$10, Workspace ~$8/mo, LLC filing $125).
– Paul logged hours still ~5.4; nothing new timesheeted over the weekend.
