Internet works TERRIBLE, but only on my PC

I use SpaceX Starlink, and internet works fine on all other house devices except my PC. Bellow you can see the speedtest comparasions bettween my PC (The low value) and my phone. Any idea why this could be happening? It's uses Windows 11.

A few things I've tried in order to fix it were to restart the antenna, restart the wifi adapter, disable some windows background apps and features (Calendar, news, etc) with WinUtil and flushed dns.
