Upload speeds throttled + remote play (and chiaki) not working

I’ve connected my console via cat 6 ETH cable, & I usually get 500+ Mbps on both upload and download but for some reason my remote play stopped working. So I did an internet test and my upload is throttled to 64 Mbps (90% reduction).

Its not something obvious (i hope), I’ve tried different cables, different devices, etc, everything is fine on other devices, well above 500+ Mbps up/down.

I’ve restarted the console, I’ve deleted known networks, I’ve tried changing DNS and all (as per gemini) and I cant fix it.

It may be router settings but i’m not sure, cuz i’ve tried using AI to resolve it via my router settings but it’s still no good. Any help is much appreciated!!
