My son (15y) was almost in tears bc he couldn't start a game with his friends. He did all the trouble shooting, 30 mins left for Steam refund.
I noticed I can't change DNS in the eero app, I called up, got a nice rep and she switched me to Google DNS, but nothing. She submitted the change for dynamic IPV4. System rebooted within 5 mins. I flushed all the network stuff. Rebooted the PC, but not the boxes … was told I shouldn't have to.
Tested the game. He got in, past the loading screen, now he's happy! Glad I did this from everyone talking about it, thanks!!!
