Just finished scaling past chapter 2730, which contains some good Immeasurable Speed stuff. So I figured I'd make a post about it. And if you don't know, Immeasurable Speed is when a character can physically move through time through sheer speed.

The whole argument is based on characters, more specifically those in the Realm of Extremity or those comparable, scaling off the Bow of Helios, whose arrows have Immeasurable Speed.

The Bow of Helios

The [Hyperversal Projectile of Helios] exceeds the bounds of spacetime continuum, reality, and existence as the selected target can be reached with 100% certainty regardless of their location in the Axis of space and time, or if they exist outside of it. If you are capable of observing their Records in real time, one can be selected as a target as this doesn't require any change in usage.] […If the target is pursued in Recorded or Unrecorded Histories, this will require ten times the Extremity Soul Value to enact a [Hyperversal Projectile of Helios] that can pursue an enemy in their Recorded or Unrecorded History.

It was an arrow that could cross Recorded and Unrecorded Histories. An arrow that could traverse the Aeonic Annals of Extremity to reach an observable target in the current unfolding reality or non-reality!

Within the span of an instant! It crossed innumerable records and distances as it ignored spacetime or the absence of spacetime to appear before its target right away.

Note that Recorded and Unrecorded Histories, as the name suggests, are essentially history being recorded in the Aeonic Annals of Extremity. Recorded Records are the past, and Unrecorded Records are the possible futures that could happen/be recorded. So yes, the arrows of the Bow of Helios can very clearly move through space and time with their speed.

Bellows of rage and anger erupted out at such a quick massacre that even the Tier 2 and 3 Hyperversal Extremities within this Ark's domain could not prevent. They all gazed around with utmost caution as they felt like such quick attacks had to come from a powerful Tier 3 Hyperversal Extremity! And yet, nobody claimed this glory as even the Vitalis Hyperversal Extremities that were fighting them seemed to be in a stupor as they gazed at each other- seemingly asking…was that you?

The brief burst of roaring flashes of 9 flaming lights that whisked 9 Tier 1 Vacuous Extremities caught the attention of the Tier 3 Vacuous Extremities in the surroundings, their wills spread out wide open to see if the hidden expert releasing such strikes whom they deemed to be someone at Tier 3 or above would show themselves!

The arrows of the Bow of Helios were directly compared to the speed of Tier 3 Extremity attacks. And Tier 3 Extremities can fight and dodge each other's attacks, etc. (Too lazy to find scans.)

A massive white hand came down and plucked the visage of an Apex Aeonic Lifeform like it was nothing! This hand rose up and disappeared from the skies above as if it never existed, but its significance was too profound as even while stabilizing the concept that defined him- Caesar truly could do nothing against it. Across the folds of space, time, and reality. A great deal of distance was traversed in an instant as Caeser felt the restrictions of his body loosened somewhat, the hand holding onto him unclasping as its pressure still bore down unto him!

Here's some supporting evidence for Immeasurable Speed. The hand of an Extremity crossing through space, time, and reality.

Now there are a couple of other ways Extremities can scale to these arrows. Foremost is through Rune Scriptures.

Rune Scriptures

And such a scripture wasn't alone as innumerable clusters of Scriptures of the [SWORD] seemed to fill all of Emperor Shao's existence-with Noah only being able to discern those outside of him as he actively used them! But it seemed that within his body, Extremity Rune Scriptures of the [SWORD] and an unknown number of other concepts that had achieved Extremity were what made up his entire existence. His existence and the existence of all Extremities… were supported by the very concepts they took to Extremity in the form of Extremity Rune Scriptures!

Extremities are made of Rune Scriptures. This is the same thing the arrows from the Bow of Helios are made of.

34 Rune Scriptures of DESPOILER for 34 Tier 1 Hyperversal Extremities. They crossed space and time through his will and blood as at this moment, he initiated their advancement and eruption in the hidden spatial domain that contained the main body of Seer Amestris and the affected Avernus Extremities!

Rune Scriptures can also cross through space and time. Now, these statements aren't exactly enough, but wait- there's more.

After this being analyzed these fantastical arrows of crimson gold flaming light, she thrust her hands made of pure Aurora of Vacuous Hyperversal Authority as a dense number of Rune Scriptures erupted from her and disappeared into nothingness. A second later, the barrage of the Projectiles of Helios continued as they were surging towards 90 targets at this moment when simultaneously, the moment that the blazing Illusory Attack Extremity Rune Scriptures of Helios at the top of the flaming arrows were about to come in contact with their targets… BZZT! A heavy friction bloomed as a Crimson Hyperversal Havenly Extremity Rune Scripture that read [PERDITION]. Perdition! It was the Infernal Authority of Perdition from the Infernal Havens of Extremity! It instantly bloomed in front of all current targets of the Projectiles of Helios as the clash was heavy and robust, instantly decimating the 9 Illusory Attack Extremity Rune Scriptures of Helios within the Projectiles as they were rebuffed and eradicated soon after.

A Tier 4 Extremity was able to intercept the Helios Bow arrows with her Rune Scriptures, which, again, she is made of. So Extremities, at least Tier 4, should have Immeasurable Speed.

Armaments of Extremity

Among the ranks of Armaments of Extremity, its purpose is to display and release the quickest output of the Havenly Authority of Helios, its speed being at the very top of Low Grade Armaments of Extremity.

The Bow of Helios is only a Low Grade Armament of Extremity. With its speed being confined to that level. So, Extremities with higher-grade armaments upscale up from the speed of the Bow of Helios. And again, Extremities fight with their armaments and dodge them etc. (Too lazy to find scans.)

Perception Speed

The reaction time of the Extremity couldn't even compare to the speed of the attack! His eyes only saw a blinding gold flash out of nowhere as Noah's will intensified its focus to understand just what would happen next. Under his Extremity Soul, everything was zoomed in and played out in slow motion. He saw that the moment the arrowhead of the Hyperversal Projectile of Helios came in contact with the first Golden Hyperversal Havenly Extremity Rune Scripture of Destitution that protected this being, the Illusory Attack Extremity Rune Scripture of HELIOS at the very forefront burned the Golden Rune of Destitution as if it didn't even exist to begin with.

So Tier 1 Extremities can't react to the speed of the Helios Bow Arrows, but Noah, with his Tier 3 level Extremity soul, can. This would give him Immeasurable Perception Speed.

At such a juncture, a Zenith Tier 3 Hyperversal Extremity bellowed out as he saw the Nirvanic Rebirth of Helios occur where a Tier 1 Hyperversal Extremity used to be, and the reformed flaming arrow instantly pointed its trajectory towards another Tier 1 a distance to his right as this being angrily twisted space to appear in front of the next target, but the moment he arrived…

And Quintessence sought to achieve it as in a startling turn of events, multiple Arks began facing attacks that extinguished their Tier 1 Vacuous Extremities into balls of flames and ash, the flicker of crimson gold beginning to light up the darkness of the Vacuous Hyperversal Authority around them! It very quickly caught the attention of the Tier 3 Hyperversal Extremities within the domains of these Arks as they bellowed out. [Defend!][Behind me!] The movements of the Tier 3 Hyperversal Extremities began to change as they sought to protect the Tier 1 Hyperversal Extremities. Those at Tier 2 weren't even fast enough as they couldn't do anything about it.

And during this whole time, they continued to search for which terrifying enemy was doing all of this as after Tier 3 Vacuous Extremities got involved in protecting the Tier 1s, the target of the crimson gold arrows would only move to other Arks and continue their rampage.

This is supported by Tier 3 Extremities reacting to the Helios Bow arrows. Honestly, them even moving at a time like this should give them Immeasurable Speed, since it's supposed to be happening in negative time.

This terrifying Tier 4 Entity appeared as she locked onto the flaming authority that seemed too fast for many eyes. Under her breath, she muttered. [The Havenly Extremity Authority of Helios…] WAA! She could see the makeup of the dazzling arrows that were laying waste to so many of their people. It wasn't that they were extremely powerful- they were average at best, at the level of Obsidian Hyperversal Havenly Extremity Rune Scriptures at most. The issue was their frequency and speed as they targeted so many Tier 1 Hyperversal Extremities. After this being analyzed these fantastical arrows of crimson gold flaming light, she thrust her hands made of pure Aurora of Vacuous Hyperversal Authority as a dense number of Rune Scriptures erupted from her and disappeared into nothingness.

And then, of course, the Tier 4 Extremity perceiving the arrows and blocking them with her Rune Scriptures.

All of this to say that higher tiers of Extremity are faster than lower tiers. (Too lazy to find scans.) So anything that moves fast in the perception of Tier 3 Extremities should have Immeasurable Speed, because they have Immeasurable Perception Speed.

Conclusion

At the very least, those in the Realm of Extremity have Immeasurable Speed.
