Advice: Barely able to see the font, Do This.

Booted up the application for the first time in a while today and was greeted by a barely visible font when it's selected. I don't use the player that often, so I don't dig too deeply into the settings and options.
The second picture is what the window looks like when selected.

Initially came here for assistance, but I found a fix and decided to share it for others who may have a similar problem.

Tools>Preferences>Interface Settings: just below Language at the top is Look and feel select the Force window style's dropdown menu and select Fusion.
The third picture is what it looks like, for me at least.

Peace!
