No internet in modem (& PPoE keys?)

I just got a wr3000p router, and wanted to test it as a client of my c3000z modem (before committing to bridge mode). While saving some port forwardings one by one, modem lost internet.

My understanding is the c3000z is connected to a CL host, but is not getting IP nor DNS. Sounds like a remote fix to me… a relative called CL and factory rebooted (physical button) but the issue persists. The rep scheduled a technician for late september 😠SMH…

How come don't i have internet?

I wonder if the PPoE keys are available in the modem, may be i could try to make it bridge? might still not get IP though…
