here is what I did to see if it fixed “no internet secured” ( keep in mind Idk a lot about computer stuff so when I was reading other reddit post it has cpu and stuff and dns and I don’t understand the cmd I see on Reddit and TikTok I’m just going with the flow ). my computer also says no internet access your device can only access other device on your local network. only my pc cant go thought this wifi other device can.also i dont have a Ethernet cable. I have no vpn.
what i did to try to fix the internet
– unplugged the wifi box thing
– resetted the reset network settings
– changed dns to 8.8.8.8 alt 8.8.4.4
– tried thsee TikTok https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSqY1mxFC/ , https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSqY1HJdK/ this worked and the wifi got connected but the internet wasn’t working then it stopped working and went back to no internet secured , https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSqYJQ5Pe/ , https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSqYJoa87/

– when my pc connects to mobile hotspot it worked
– i unplugged my pc then plugged it back
– I forget the network, restart my pc and shut down
– I check windows update nothing needs an update btw
– turned off and on the wifi
I feel like my only option now is to restart my whole pc making it brand new or get a computer expert. This has been going on for 6 days and I’m just concerned or maybe I am blocked by the wifi.any help will be amazing.
