How to block adults websites on my phone permanently?

Hey guys, i really need some advice on how to block adults websites on my phone permanently. so ive been trying to quit watching adult content for a while now, but having a smartphone with unrestricted internet is making it almost impossible. every time i tell myself that im finally done, once i feel boredom or stress, my brain goes on autopilot, and i end up doing the exactly same thing again

The main issue im running into is that every standard method I try is really easy to bypass. this is what ive tried:

Using the built in content restrictions on ios;
A few basic app blockers from the app store;

Buuuuuut whenever an impulse hits, i just know all the settings tricks to just disable the limit, enter my own passcode, or completely uninstall the blocker app in like 5 seconds. and because i know how to bypass all these methods, the impulse just wins and no block saves me from using adult websites on my phone lol

Does anyone know an actual foolproof way for how to block adults websites on my phone permanently where i just cannot turn it off on impulse? ive heard people mention things like changing private dns settings, using device admin profile hacks, or getting a trusted friend to lock the settings, but im just not sure what actually works long term without ruining the rest of my internet access. and im totally fine with a bit of a technical setup if it means it actually sticks
