Any time I make a search for a specific app, the first result is an ad for an app with a related name that is almost certainly a scam, and the second result is the actual app. Is there any way to block these ads? I would hate to misclick and install malware. Ideal would be some dns-based filtering, but I assume these are coming from inside the house (Apple).
It's like the equivalent of those fake download link ads from back in the day, so scummy.
