Well now that I dug deeper, all of her EGOs are symbolism. I mean all the sinners have some sort of symbolism through EGOs, but I just want to talk about Ryoshu's right now.
Soda is Opened Can of Wellcheers, which is based on the Korean Urban Myth of drinking an open can of Welch Grape Juice with a sleeping pill inside, and you'll wake up abducted onto a fishing boat, which sort of fits with the "held captive" thing the House of Spiders is.
Red Eyes and Red Eyes (Open) is the abnormality Spider Bud, and the Spider symbolism aside, in LoR, the Spider Bud was merciless but loved it's children, and would get angry if you hurt the spiderlings, which again, is very similar to the House of Spiders
Blind Obsession is simple. Ryoshu was so blindsided by her hatred she killed Araya by accident and drew the Arayashiki too.
4th Match Flame is the Scorched Girl, but it's also a reference to Hell Screen, since the character she spells out during the animation is 烈, which can mean several things. In Japanese it can mean Ardent, Violent, and Furious (furioso?) to name a few, and in Chinese it means Fiery, Blazing, or Burning. However, as for the abnormality, it's an abnormality that grasps onto it's matches as it's only hope, and once the matches are lost, it'll make you perish with her, mirroring Ryoshu losing Araya and immidiately rampaging with Arayashiki.
Thoracalgia's clue lies directly in the EGO Awakening line "Resentment, penance… all of it, to no avail. I was only reaching out to grasp onto something, anything." Take it as you will, I believe this line is a direct indicator of Ryoshu's lack of identity outside of the House of Spiders.
Contempt, Awe is very interesting in three different ways. First, the EGO awakening line is "Scatter. Every gaze shall be drawn to this squalidity." which of course, directly parallels how the Spiral of Contempt acts in Dante's notes, believing others to be lower than them, that's one meaning of Squalidity, but Squalidity can also mean moral deprevation, which also sort of fits, since the way Ryoshu talks about "art" can only be described as depraved.
Great Trichiliocosm is Ryoshu's battlepass EGO, and it has many references such as the passive "Sanzu" being the three rivers that the dead have to cross, determined by how good they were in life. Well, Sanzendaisekai (三千大世界), is a Buddhist term. It's a Billion Worlds, constituting the domain taught and transformed by a single Buddha. So this is Ryoshu cutting through a Billion Worlds, being a blade that cuts all. Still can't quite figure out why she's wearing a Shinto Wedding Dress though. I theorized it being Yoshihide's Daughter burning at the end of Hell Screen, but she wears a Red Silk dress then, so idk.
Oh yeah can't forget Forest for the Flames. Hmmm, other than the fingers in the background, she's cradling the sword like a child. Araya is the sheathe now, how fitting. Themes and such.
