As a usual user of TF Enteprise and lover of Jetbrains stuff I found that Terraform Plugin is lacking support for Workspace management – so I thought why not filling the gap and try to extend functonalities offered to improve development on large organizations 😄
Apart from usual stuff like workspace showcase, runs management and resources inspection I've also connected the codebase with actual infrastructure states deployed so that they can be inspected without reaching out the the cloud.
On top of that there are a few things I always missed in the web UI – a pre-flight screen that gathers the plan, cost, policy checks and blast radius into one view before you hit Confirm & Apply, and a dependency graph you can walk to see what else breaks if you touch a resource. And a bunch more that wouldn't fit in a Reddit post 😄.
