Can’t get into a lobby

Does anybody know how I can fix this been getting this message all week whenever matchmaking reaches 8/8 and just get temp matchmaking bans if I keep searching.

I’ve searched for a solution but can’t find any
I’ve tried switching from ethernet to wifi, reinstalling the game, changing DNS settings, keeping the shop open while matchmaking (someone suggested it) and tried it all on my ps4 and ps5 just in case. Nothing works

I’ve gotten in to two games last week and nothing changed to my knowledge when this started
