Where domain hunters compare notes

Built an automated outbound stack that sends 50k emails/mo with Deepseek

Back when I ran a cold email agency, we were pushing out 10k+ emails per client per month. My biggest bottleneck back then was that adding new leads every week took forever and I ended up sometimes skipping a few days of sending.

To fix it, I built an automated agent system powered by Deepseek with plugins and MCP. We were able to drop Clay and saved $350+/mo per account. Our AI spend was also 90% lower than when we used Claude and with a good harness like DSH it doesn’t matter anyway (also I always found Claude’s personality super annoying).

Each step is a skill that calls multiple agents, and the system lives in a nested folder of prompts.

Phase #1: Infrastructure setup

This is wasted time to do manually. I completely automated domain and inbox setup with Deepseek using NameCheap (domains), Cloudflare (DNS), Zapmail (Google Workspace inboxes), Aerosend (private infra).

As soon as a new client pays, a trigger fires and domains are bought, DNS configured, inboxes created, and warmup starts automatically. Zero manual work.

Phase #2: Offer research

Good copy won't save a weak offer. I trained an agent on core direct-response frameworks ($100M Offers style) plus my own cold email angles.

I started by scraping prospect sites, competitor pages, and industry content using Firecrawl and later built my custom setup (Cloudflare Workers, Brave Search, residential proxies, Apify). This automatically gives me direct offers, performance guarantees, and lead magnet ideas.

Phase #3: TAM mapping+enrichment

You end up missing a massive chunk of your actual market if you only rely on Apollo. That’s why I’m starting with broad database queries, layer on tools like DiscoLook, and loop over lookalike companies until the TAM is completely mapped out.

Unfortunately I had to step in regularly here because unique niches from some clients often needed some changes to the search logic.

Then enrichment via Blitz-API (unlimited API calls in the background), and for the emails I scrape across Apollo, Blitz, Apify, and Prospeo, then run emails through my internal verifier using a waterfall setup.

Phase #4: Strategy & copy

Deepseek generates 5 baseline target campaigns + 1-2 experimental ones using an internal knowledge base of top-performing copy. Then it gets automatically pushed to the sending infrastructure. I still look over it myself (analytics not automated yet) because I can spot issues better visually in graphs etc than agents can.

This setup was handling our agency volume pretty well (with a bit of human-in-the-loop that I could have probably solved over time too) and now it powers outreach for my own SaaS.

If you want me to describe any specific agent skill or plugin in the comments, let me know.
