Hello , due to deviated septum and right side maxillary sinusitis blockage been suggested the surgery mentioned in title. Can someone clear up whether the surgeon will perform anything on the turbinates in the middle meatus clearance surgery. Rightward deviated septum dns with a septal spur causing impingement on the right middle and inferior nasal turbinates. Also will septoplasty also be possible without touching the turbinates. And are such cases normal or is my septum just extremely deviated, i could attach the image here however the sub doesnt allow.
