PS3 HEN problem check memory 0 NaN

Hi, I bought a super slim PS3 that was new and I wanted to install hen on it in different ways on the same console through the emulator, and it always gives me the same kind of error as below, which sets everything to 0.

I did everything, cleared the cache, deleted a lot of browser stuff like cookies and all that. I restarted the console, tried the same thing several times, and nothing. I modified the DNS, and it's the same. I would like to know if anyone had this problem and if they solved it; I would appreciate it if someone could help me.
