Wrong DNS (I’m in the Boston Massachusetts area but mt DNS says I’m in New Hampshire?)

Not a critical problem but when I tried to sign up for online Mass Lottery, it said I was not in Massachusetts.

I reset my location on my browser (IE) as well as rebooted/refreshed my Ethernet/Modem/ Router/Switch, and yet it still says I am not in Massachusetts.

No, I don't use WIFI.

This is an ethernet connection on all computers.

Any thoughts?
