I’m looking to sell OUTSIDE, a cybersecurity platform I’ve spent roughly a year building as a solo developer.

It is a production-ready evidence-first external security control plane for security teams, MSPs and MSSPs.

It maps what the internet can already observe about an organisation, monitors meaningful changes over time, explains why they matter, helps manage remediation and independently verifies the external result.

This is not just a domain/subdomain scanner.

Why sell?

I’m much more interested in building software than building the sales organisation required to take a cybersecurity product like this to market.

So I’m looking for a 100% acquisition, ideally by an MSP, MSSP, cybersecurity vendor, agency or another founder who already has distribution.

The sale can include the complete source code, domain, brand, production deployment, documentation and technical handover.

Price

This is probably the most important part:

I am not trying to put a startup valuation on it.

There is currently no meaningful revenue that I’m trying to multiply into some hypothetical valuation.

I’m asking only for reasonable compensation for the development work already invested into the platform. Nothing more.

In other words, I’m treating this primarily as an acquisition of a substantial finished codebase/product rather than asking someone to pay for speculative future growth.
