I’m currently looking for new opportunities in IT Support / IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support / Technical Support roles in the UAE.

I have 4+ years of IT experience in the UAE, with hands-on experience supporting end users and managing IT infrastructure and assets.

My key technical experience includes:

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange Online & Teams
• Active Directory – users, groups and access management
• Desktop, laptop, printer and hardware troubleshooting
• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and basic networking
• Cisco routing & switching fundamentals
• Microsoft SharePoint & OneDrive
• Email, domain and user profile migrations
• IT asset lifecycle and inventory management
• Hardware deployment, imaging and PC/laptop upgrades
• CCTV/IP camera basic configuration
• End-user technical support and issue resolution
