Recent Graduate with Co-op, not landing any interviews for Full time permanent positions. Target Positions-[ Devops / SRE / Platform Engineer]

I recently finished a co-op as Systems Analyst(DevOps), where I gained hands on experience migrating applications from OpenShift to AKS and i'm struggling to get any interview. All the job postings in the country I'm from [North America] asks for 3-5 years of experience. This makes the classic scenario of… need job -> requires experience -> won't hire -> where do i get the experience, my mother's womb? 💀🥲🥲🥲
