Where domain hunters compare notes

Nanami Rule Base Domain concept:

Name: Mandatory Overtime Crucible
• Type: Pure rule Domain. Sure-hit = rules + info dump only.

• Effect: Absolute ban on every curse technique, barrier, Simple Domain, veil, domain clash, etc (No Violence rules). Only pure physical movement and mechanical interaction with the 7:3 ratio are allowed. No one can “fight” in the usual sense.

• Appearance: Ordinary Japanese open-plan office during a normal workday. Cubicles, fluorescent lights, wall clocks, stacks of paper, time-card machines, vending machines.

• Duration: Full “9-to-5” lasts 46 ~ 48 real seconds. Domain ends when the workday clock hits 5 pm or the caster cancels it. (1 domain hours = 6 second)

• Shikigami Manager (paper sheet wearing a cheap suit and tie, sitting on a desk), Does almost all the announcement.

The Domain Rules
Everyone instantly has the 7:3 ratio applied to their body.
Landing a clean hit on the exact weak point = one completed Job.

Shift System:
Three base shifts (Morning → Afternoon → Night).
Each base shift requires 3 successful Jobs.
• Finish the quota → instantly advance to the next shift.
• Minor 7:3 points exist on office objects (clocks, desks, printers). Hitting one gives +0.2 Job progress and a tiny time buffer (around 2 second)

Failure:
• Miss the ratio or take longer than ~3 seconds → Penalty (current Job count drops by 1).
• 3 Penalties → 1 Deduction.
• 3 Deductions → Fired.

Overtime:
Clear all three base shifts and you enter Overtime shifts.
You can keep going for Overtime shifts as long as time remains.

Salary (the reward/punishment system):
When the Domain collapses, everyone gets a temporary output modifier that lasts ~2–3 real minutes (“until the next work day”, mimicking the period from 6pm to 8am).
• +20% per completed base shift
• –20% per Deduction
• First Overtime shift: +40%
• Each extra Overtime shift: +5% more than the previous one (ex: first overtime shift = 40, second = 45, etc)
Fired = all salary wiped + flat –40% output.
Calculation example with 3 shift, 1 deduction and 1 overtime shift:
(20×3) – 20 + 40 = +80% increased in overall output.
