I can connect my desktop to our home wifi, but have no internet. Started after network issues. Every other device can connect and use internet. PC can also connect to other wifi sources and use them just fine

I'm really stumped here. This is the second time it's happened. There was a network issue where everyone was affected, we reset the router and it goes back to working for every device but my desktop. I can connect to the network, but do not have any internet.

The first time this happened it was without internet for 4-5 days then magically started working again until we had network trouble again. This time it has been two weeks and still not connecting properly. It will occasionally "flicker" on, giving me internet while connected to the network for a few seconds before reading as "no internet" again. The craziest thing is that it will connect to other networks just fine, I have been connecting to my mobile Hotspot to deal with the outtage.

I tried forgetting the connection and readding the network. I just now did the command prompt DNS flush recommended by Google, series of like 5 commands than restart my PC. Nothing happened at first, but the internet has been flickering on/off as I write this post.

Really not sure what else to try at this point. I'm not super tech savvy with like networks and IP addresses and such. Any advice on something to try would be great. Thanks!

Edit: I do not have a VPN.
