layer 03 first installation completed(385MB idle)

layer 03 has completed its first installation in KVM, it still needs bare metal testing. It idles at 385MB. This is without the layer 02 security/utility subsystems(lainos-apparmor, lainos-dns, lainos-utils, and openrc-isolation), so it's basically the layer 01 package set with the layer 02 rice on Gentoo. This will be released as layer 03-alpha for testing, and subsequently released as layer 03-beta later this week when the layer 02 subsystems are fully integrated, at which point I'm expecting an idle of around 500MB.

For people who want to install this the classic way instead of with Calamares, there will be a layer 03 tarball.
