We've been doing more outbound recently, and I didn't expect the email setup to become the most annoying part.
The campaign itself is fine the part that's eating time is keeping track of domains, inboxes, DNS, deliverability, and figuring out why one inbox suddenly performs differently from another.
It feels like every time we add more capacity, we also add more maintenance at some point you're spending more time managing the setup than actually working on outreach.
I'm curious how other B2B teams handle this. Do you keep everything in house, or do you have a better system once you're running more than a handful of inboxes?
