I built a marketplace called DomainsNoBroker, and the idea is pretty straightforward: make buying and selling domain names a little easier and more direct.
The problem started with a simple observation. When you find a domain you really want and it's already owned, the process of trying to buy it isn't always straightforward. You have to find the owner, figure out whether they're willing to sell, negotiate a price, and then deal with the fees that can come with using a marketplace or broker.
On the selling side, I noticed a similar issue. If you have a valuable domain, giving up a percentage of the sale can feel frustrating, especially when you've already spent years holding and renewing the domain.
So I built DomainsNoBroker around a different approach.
Sellers can list their domains, set their own prices, and communicate directly with interested buyers. Rather than taking a percentage of the final sale, the platform works with subscription plans based on the number of domains a seller wants to list. There are also options for larger portfolios.
I also wanted the site to be useful beyond the marketplace, so I've included tools for things like SEO, domain research, website management, text analysis, and YouTube.
What stood out about the website is that it keeps the core process simple. The seller controls the listing, the buyer can find the domain directly, and both sides can discuss the deal without a broker taking a percentage of the transaction.
