Help me out with this problem.

Guys, i asked for help before and thought the problem got solved after connecting to vpn but it was not.. it just fixed by itself.. now i am facing the same problem again.

the problem:-

My pc is connected through ethernet cable. My internet speed wont get past 5 Mbps when downloading, i tried downloading on steam,FDM,qbitorent. the download speed is around 500-700 KB/s. When i use fast(.)com however, the internet speed jump to 70+Mbps and i can browse through any website without problem.. I tried all troubleshooting on my pc.. I faced this before too but it just got fixed after some time. What is the problem actually?(i am using 25Mbps plan). One of the speed test is while on cloudflare vpn and another without. As you can see, when speed checking normally the speed went up to 80+Mbps. But, actual download it stay around 5Mbps. Direct Browser download,FDM,qbittorent all is same. And my mobile isnt facing any problem while downloading. My pc is connected through ethernet cable.

What i tried:-

– Connecting VPN

-disabling EEE on network adapt

-reset ip and flash dns through CMD

-tried network reset

-downloaded latest drive
